Submitting a deal request does not constitute approval, a commitment to fund, or a promise of specific terms. All transactions are subject to review, underwriting requirements, documentation, and clear title.
Fees and Deposits
Where applicable, fees or deposits may be required prior to funding and/or to begin underwriting or processing. Specific terms will be provided before any payment is required. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be non-refundable once processing begins.
Third-Party Partners
Investor Deal Funding may coordinate with vetted partners, including funding partners, title companies, and/or closing attorneys. Third parties operate independently, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
